Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are requesting a return, please:

1) Contact us first at customerservice@lovelyladyproducts.com to request / process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label.

2) Print out a copy of your e-receipt provided via email following your purchase. Please be sure to retain the original for your records.

3) Include the e-receipt inside your return shipment.

4) Please ship the product(s) in the original packaging to the address below.

The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be mostly full. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed. Please note that Lovely Lady Products does not refund your original shipping costs and returns may be fulfilled in the form of an e-gift card for other future purchases. You are responsible for return postage and for shipment of any exchange orders. Lovely Lady Products is not responsible for lost or misdelivered items.

Note: Returns take approximately 14 business days from receipt of the package to process.
